Security & Tracking: All shipments are insured against loss and include a free tracking code. The tracking code will be sent via email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Delay Refund Guarantee: If your order is not delivered within a maximum of 70 business days after dispatch, we guarantee a full refund of the amount paid.

Multiple Shipments: For high-volume purchases, products may be shipped in separate packages from different suppliers. This is a normal procedure, and all packages will be delivered as promised.

If postal services cannot deliver and the package is taken to a local office, it will need to be collected personally within the set timeframe. If the order is returned to the sender, a new shipping fee will be charged for re-dispatch.
